Mainland UK Standard Delivery Information
STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS) - £6.95 or FREE on orders over £25
- Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered.
- Deliveries are not usually made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and we will provide a tracking number.
- During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

Mainland UK Next Day Delivery Information
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £8.95
- Orders placed by 12noon Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next working day (stock dependent).
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday or by 4pm Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 12noon will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday’s (excluding bank or public holidays).
- Not available for remote UK areas; Northern Ireland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

General Refunds
You can return products ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return carriage is at your own cost if the goods were ordered in error, no longer required or you have changed your mind. Products cannot be returned to us for a refund if the product has been opened, used or not in re-sellable condition, unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Product Refunds
If you receive your order and the product is faulty or not as expected, please contact our customer service team. If you contact us within 30 days from date of purchase, if your item is faulty, then you will receive a refund. If you contact us within 6 months from date of purchase, and your item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or repair, however, if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund.
If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will credit all goods costs including delivery costs and return carriage. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. Return carriage refunds will only be given if methods of returning the goods are discussed and agreed with us prior to returning the goods, otherwise return carriage costs will assumed to be the same as the delivery costs to you.
Refund Details
We require proof of purchase for all product returns. Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect the goods, and we will advise if you are eligible for a refund.
When contacting us with a suspected faulty product, please email us with batch numbers (found on all liquid products), along with full details of the purchase, proof of purchase, and any pictures that may help us to assist your return / complaint.
If a return claim is accepted, then a refund will be processed by our accounts department back to your account via the original payment method within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
